Appraisle is a game designed to test players' ability to estimate the listing price of a property, simulating the experience of real estate appraisal. The objective of the game is to guess the listing price for the property accurately within a certain range of accuracy.
Guess the listing price for the property is within 10% of the actual value.
You start the game with 5 chances to make your guesses.
A property listing is presented, and you need to estimate its listing price.
To make your estimate, type your guess in the text box provided above the "Guess" button.
After entering your guess, click the "Guess" button to submit it.
After each guess, you will receive feedback indicating whether your guess was too high or too low compared to the actual listing price.
Based on the feedback, adjust your subsequent guesses to hone in on the accurate listing price.
You have a total of 5 attempts to make increasingly accurate guesses.
The game ends when you either successfully guess the listing price within 10% of the actual value or when you exhaust all 5 of your chances.
The objective is to estimate the listing price of the property as accurately as possible within the given 10% range. If your final guess falls within this range, you will be considered successful in the game.
Appraisle challenges players' estimation skills, as well as their ability to analyze feedback and adjust their guesses accordingly. It's a game that combines logic, intuition, and reasoning to simulate the process of appraising real estate values.
