IYKYK is a guessing game where players are given an acronym and must guess the phrase that it represents. The acronym is presented with the first letter of each word and the number of letters in each word. Players have up to three guesses to correctly identify the phrase.
During the game, players are provided with feedback in the form of colored blocks. A green block indicates that a correct letter is in the correct position, a yellow block indicates that a correct letter is in the wrong position, and a gray block indicates that the letter is not in the phrase at all.
After the second incorrect guess, players are given a suggestion to help them narrow down their guesses. This suggestion could be a category or a clue related to the phrase. For example, if the acronym is "NBA," the suggestion might be "sports league."
IYKYK is similar to the popular game Wordle in that players must use deduction and reasoning skills to guess the correct phrase. However, unlike Wordle, IYKYK provides players with more information to help them narrow down their guesses and encourages players to think creatively and outside of the box to identify the correct phrase.
IYKYK was created by the same team that developed the card game #CultureTags, but the acronyms used in IYKYK are unique to the game and are not replicated in #CultureTags. The game can be played online through various platforms or in person with friends or family.
Participants in IYKYK solve issues by using the mouse to navigate and the keyboard to enter their solutions. You must take action right away in order to decipher the concealed word. Best regards!
