It may appear simple, but it is actually quite difficult. You begin by reading the two words, such as Cherry and Apple. Then, in this situation, Cherry Tree, you must think of a word that connects the two.
Apple = Cherry + Tree (The word we want)
Then, think of another term that connects them both, and so on until you reach the second word. The difficulty rises when there are more than two words between them, like in this example: Apple > Pear > Lemon + Orange + Tangerine + Grapefruit.
